Appointments may be booked online, by telephone, or by email. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by the clinic.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete.
Consultation fees are displayed at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 working hours before your scheduled appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 working hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of any deposit paid.
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice ("No Show") may result in the full consultation fee being charged.
If you arrive late, your consultation time may be shortened to avoid delaying other patients.
If you arrive significantly late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and cancellation charges
may apply.
If you intend to use private medical insurance, it is your responsibility to: Obtain any required authorisation before your appointment. Confirm your policy covers the consultation and any investigations or treatment. Pay any charges not covered by your insurer. You remain responsible for payment if your insurer declines or delays payment.
The consultation is intended to provide specialist medical assessment, advice, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations based on the information available at the time.
Medical advice does not guarantee a diagnosis, treatment outcome, or cure. Further investigations or follow-up appointments may be recommended where clinically appropriate.Prescriptions issued following your consultation may incur additional charges. Medication costs charged by pharmacies are separate from consultation fees.
Where investigations are arranged, results will be reviewed by your clinician. Some results may require a follow-up consultation, which may be chargeable.
Patients must follow any medical advice, treatment plans, and medication instructions provided.
If your symptoms worsen or you require urgent medical attention, you should contact NHS 111, your GP, or attend your nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) department. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999 immediately.For virtual consultations: You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and suitable device. Consultations should be conducted in a private environment. Technical issues beyond our control may require the appointment to be rescheduled.
All consultations and medical records are treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect patient safety.
